ok, i need some help in the turns. its not like you can go out and buy a book on how to ride.
im looking on some pointers and tips. them trees just dont move like i would like them to and getting around them at speeds doesnt set well with me. so what is the best way of coping with them at speeds. i know most of them ya got to slow down alot/stop. but the ones that are a 1/4" wider than your quad and i see ppl clicking 3rd pinned going threw them drives me crazy.
also, when we have them lazy s's threw the woods. what the deal with bliping the throttle half way out of the turn? i get behind some riders that do it at every tree when i just keep the power stead in and out of them. i dont understand the reason or why, when i can keep up with said person. i understand if ya want the back end to come around, but most of the time i have the front wheels comeing off the ground when i try it or it wants to launch me into the next tree. i dont want to end up like .
talk to me ppl, how do i cope?

i think the throttle thing thru trees assures me my throttle is right there and making sure im not in too high of a gear for the task ahead. i tend to slide up tight to the bars, making better friends with the tank, lol so i can be ready to wrastle the bars at the last minute. the turns is a matter of how much you want to move, i find myself lazy alot, not getting down on the pegs will make the difference in your turns. in my opinion. i tell myself 2 dozen times a race, get down and you can turn better lol.

in my opinion..its all how your suspension is set up and the position of your body throughout the turns..once you get that down you will be able to really move through those tuff sections

Screw the turns!! The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Thats what a bumper and 450cc's is for.

Thats what a bumper and 450cc's is for. tried that mr barton, i found my machine doesnt log as well as a caterpillar, saplings turn into fine table top material lol. also simple little vines in the woods will stand you straight up and have you staring at cumulous clouds and flyin birdies. these examples wont be the last for me..................
