i did a little how to with pics to help ya guys out.

a new bearing how -to for all. you think since you just bought new sealed bearings they will last for ever,
well your wrong. our sport/ fun time envolves alot of water, dust and dirt. well thats the worst thing for our
wheel, axle, stem, a-arm and swing arm bearings.

now lets crack open these new bearings to see whats inside. oh lookie here, wheres the grease? if you take
a small flat blade screw driver you can pop these out all day long and not hurt anything. we need more grease.

before you start this, head out to the auto patrs store and get ya some of this water proof grease. i bought
lucas because, just like you you stand there and play with the little gear wheel they have on display at the
counter and watch the oil coat the gears. so i thought i would give there grease a try, lol.

while your at the auto parts store, pic up one of these doflickyes. these are awsome for packing bearings.
its still messy but 5 pumps of the grease gun and its blowing out the other side. i think there $9.

now that there filled, just simply push the seal back in and install them. there full and will last alot longer
and keep most of the dirt/grime and water away for a longer time.
