Ok so I went from 224lbs earlier this season to 243lbs..... bam not good.

So I started working out here's what I'm doing:

playing my drums for atleast 30minutes long drawn out drum solo style going crazy. Then I hit the punching bag for a solid 6-8 minutes straight no breaks and no dropping the arms down always moving and always punching. Next I get on our tread mill that I bought used (sweet deal) set the program for 1.5miles starting at 3.5mph for the first 1/8 mile then moving up to 5.5 then finally 9mph for about 1 mile.

I've gone from 143lbs to 136lbs in about a week and a half. I'm also eating less. I already eat good food (no fast food) but I eat too much of it.

What are you guys doing?

Nice job T! Yeah I tried that too for awhile but I noticed that drinking and MX doesn't mix and I seemed to gain weight the more hours I trained.

i love the treadmill. its so simple to watch tv and walk or jog at a decent pace, just bringing the heart rate does so much. hey whatever works but cardio deff makes a diff.

Cool. Been hitting the treadmill almost everyday. I went on the Team Hardcore PA trip and heard from a couple of guys how much my riding skills have improved. It's nice to hear. I can't wait until it drys up a little so I can start training on the quad during the week.

I think I'm really going to try this year. Last year I ran into alot of problems and money wise things didn't work out. Maybe this year will be different.

i hope to ride just enough to jump around in classes and not go for a championship. seems like to much of a job having to show up to keep up in points. being in shape keeps you on your game though
