All information regarding the Ohio Outlaw Motorsports practice day at Hilltop Speedway is now posted on the front page of the website:
www.ohiooutlawmotorsports.comDo note, especially early in the season, that weather is a key factor to race events. Bad weather can play a major part in OOM events at Hilltop, as Hilltop stock car races take precedent. Should a Friday night stock car race at Hilltop be rained out, Hilltop operators may opt to make up the car race on a Sunday. Sunday OOM events are subject to cancellation because of this, and are at the mercy of the Hilltop stock car program.
In summary, the weather situation will be crucial to OOM events at Hilltop, beginning late Wednesday / early Thursday of an event week.
Any event cancellation or delay will be announced with the following procedure:
1) Information will be posted on the front page of the Ohio Outlaw Motorsports website, in the scrolling banner that features detailed information about the next event.
2) Information will also be posted on this web forum.
3) If possible, Hilltop related information will be posted on the Hilltop track phone, 330-674-6747.
4) Any announcements regarding OOM events at the Holmes County Fairgrounds can only be posted on the internet.
If unable to check the internet for cancellations, call Adam Campbell or Bob Sigler directly. Contact information is listed on the website.
