well after reading and hearing ppl thougths about the music in the video's. with your concern about who was on the gas on the down hill sections and reading your reply about the attack position.


i did it at big game both ways. you are correct as well. i was alot faster in the attack postion and on the gas than sitting down. it was just one of them things i remembered when i went into it the second time. my brain said hey lissen to dave and try it, lol. if only i could keep that postion the whole race, lol.

with that said and how it worked out for me, ya got any other tips i could use or share with others?

what about tight wooded trails we get into at the races. how do ya hit them turns at speed or as fast as ya can?

The tight stuff is just a comfort level.
If you ride enough you know what you can go thru.
Now this is real hard to do--- but if you’re on the gas your front end is narrower, hitting the gas when you’re coming up on some tight trees is real hard to do, and will only come with more seat time to get that comfort level.
Both my wrists are jammed, so I'm not at that comfort level right

lol, i see what you are saying. i beleave that would be a task for most riders to get comfortable with.
