I will be in Sen 1 again this year. We'll see how it goes.

A.O.T. is going to have a pretty damn strong Racing Team this year. Welcome aboard young Covey....I got the whole family no huh? lol

if u want a work out google the 300 workout that is what i started holly sheeeeeeott not for the beginer great work out if your just starting out divide eveything into quarters and work yur way up

okay here is my secret training!!!


eat what ever the heck you want! work out like no more then once a week, watch tv, talk all the smack you can! and oh ya be glad that you are only 21 and still have all that stamina and metabolize!!! LOL so there you go how to be a pretty fast mx/tt racer! and we will see if this training will make for a fast xc race to this year!
