i have a 2003 z 400 with the 440 kit in it. it starts popping in the high side of the throttle in third fourth and fifth gear. it only does it when you are trying to fly. like shift full throttle shift full throttle. if you shift and ease into the throttle, it wont do it. anyone have ne ideas as to what the prob may be?

I would say make certain you're getting enough air into the engine. Dirty air filter or a restricted airbox will cause problems with a big bore kit. If the air filter is clean and you're getting plenty of air, you may need a larger main jet because you're running the big bore kit.
