well lets make it offical and a announcement all in one.

pitmx1 this thread is for you. let us into your brain and draw us a picture.

i know you might want to keep it under wraps for now, but im ready to try it out. ya need any help with it?

we have a group of die hard ft/tt riders wanting more and something/ somewhere different to race at. as of now ive been to big game 1/4 mile oval and pine lake tt track. i really like the tt track, but still get a chub on the oval at big game.

i know the cra this year had flat track every other weekend, with 10 total races for the year. 8 at big game and 2 at pine lake. if you would hit the off dates that would be sick as hell and have a full summer to tear it up.

I would be interested even if it was on the same night as Big Game, I like the track ...but we need a more professionally run place that looks like a "track" and not someones back yard. I thought he would clean the place up and work on the track and surroundings after being open for a few years, but nothing has been done. Flat track is getting alot bigger than in the past few years. I will be going to Florida to run in Feb. and the tracks down there are amazing!! Track owners put money back into the track and in return get more riders, I know of a few who won't go to Hubbard only because of the condition of the grounds and track not to mention the port-o-pots ! you would think one would cut the grass before an event ??? Pine Lake wants to add a Flat Track but it won't happen untill Bud takes over, they also want to add lights. The place is really nice and you can tell the owners care. I also heard that Lernerville Speedway in Pa. is looking to run quads maybe on Sundays next year, this is what we need a REAL race track.

rockit,

ive been at curts place for the last 4 years. ive been to pine lake 2 times. about the only thing p lake has over crumps is the grass, but its a camp ground so it should be nice. do you remember what i steped in the first time we were there? it wasnt dog poo. i could go on but ill let it go about pine lake.

the main thing at hand is more flat or tt racing.

I have had the flu for a week and a half and needed to vent my frustrations at not having a real track to run at (when it could be VERY NICE) but I guess I have to be thankful that we have a track to race at huh?

He was also saying that it is going to have banked turns. . . thats alittle different. Me and Mark got to tear it up lol it seems pretty big but maybe thats just me. I'd go up there all the time being soooo close. but how often are they going to allow us. . . "rebels" up there.
